My Duomo Duo Shrine

Duomo Duo Spain division reporting here. The Duomo Duo obviously takes its membership and duo status very seriously. Before we bring you the next series of adventures in our Italia reunion, I decided to show you just how committed I am to the Duomo Duo. Here we are, then. A postcard I bought in Paris. (We were there, and we did eat baguettes.) An inspiring farewell note from the other half of the Duomo Duo. A figurine from a kinder egg. Although eaten before the creation of the DD, it remains an important part of the general Italia/summer shrine.

And the cup you see below, with various discovered implements for our DD ritual. I'm not sure if I can divulge what exactly this ritual involves, (that must be consulted about w/ DD Italia) but I can tell you the cup holds rocks, chestnut shells, pieces of glass, strange and wonderful seeds, dried berries, and a clothing tag, apart from the obvious oldest-pen-I've-ever-had, and found feather. I will be transporting these objects to Italia with me, you know, for the rituals to come.

As you've already gathered, Duomo Duo will officially be reunited somewhere in the afternoon-ey part of the 22nd of September, 2009. You are not more excited than we are. Although, I wouldn't blame you if you were.

Signing off, and seeing you soon,
